Terms and Conditions of Accommodation

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  1. The accommodation contract and related agreements concluded between our facility and the guest shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions. Matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and generally established customs.
  2. In cases where our facility responds to special agreements to the extent that they do not violate laws and customs, such special agreements shall take precedence notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

  1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with our facility must provide the following information:
    1. Name, address, phone number, and nationality of the guest
    2. For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, a copy of the passport, place of entry, and date of entry
    3. Date of accommodation, estimated arrival time, departure date, and estimated departure time
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by our facility
  2. If the guest requests to extend their stay beyond the accommodation date mentioned in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, our facility will process it as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.

Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)

  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when our facility accepts the application mentioned in the previous article. However, this shall not apply if our facility proves that it did not accept the application.
  2. When the accommodation contract is concluded according to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest must notify a valid credit card number or pay a reservation/application fee (limited to the basic accommodation fee for three days) by the date specified by our hotel.
  3. The application fee will first be applied to the final accommodation fee to be paid by the guest. If circumstances arise where the provisions of Articles 6 and 15 apply, the fee will be applied to the penalty in the order of compensation, and any remaining amount will be refunded at the time of payment of the fee under the provisions of Article 8. If a credit card number has been notified, the reservation/application fee will not be collected, but the penalty and compensation will be charged to the credit card in case of occurrence. Our facility has the right to take prior approval at the time of application.
  4. If the application fee mentioned in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by our facility, the accommodation contract will lose its effect. However, this applies only if our facility has notified the guest of the payment due date when specifying the payment deadline for the application fee.

Article 4 (Special Agreement Not Requiring Payment of Application Fee)

  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the previous article, our facility may respond to special agreements that do not require payment of the application fee after the contract is concluded.
  2. If our facility did not request the payment of the application fee when accepting the application for an accommodation contract or did not specify the payment due date for the application fee, it will be treated as if it responded to the special agreement mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation Contract)

  1. When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
  3. When the guest is deemed likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals in connection with accommodation.
  4. When the guest is clearly recognized as carrying an infectious disease.
  5. When the guest is part of or related to an organized crime group or other antisocial forces as defined by the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (enforced on March 1, 1992).
  6. When the guest is a corporation whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of such a group.
  7. When the guest is a corporation with an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
  8. When the guest has caused significant inconvenience to other guests.
  9. When the guest has committed acts of violence, threats, extortion, unreasonable demands, or similar actions against the facility or its staff (employees).
  10. When the facility is unable to accommodate guests due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
  11. When the guest is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests due to intoxication or other reasons, or has caused significant inconvenience to other guests.
  12. When the person intending to use the facility has the purpose of filming or staying for purposes related to sexual use or the sex industry.

Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Contract)

  1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying our facility.
  2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (excluding cases where our facility has requested the payment of the application fee by specifying the payment due date according to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 3, and the guest canceled the contract before the payment), our facility will charge a penalty according to the cancellation policy stipulated by our facility. However, if our facility responded to the special agreement mentioned in Paragraph 1 of Article 4, the penalty payment obligation will be limited to cases where our facility notified the guest of such an obligation at the time of responding to the special agreement.
  3. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 PM on the accommodation date (or two hours after the estimated arrival time if specified in advance) without notifying our facility, the accommodation contract may be treated as canceled by the guest.

Article 7 (Facility's Right to Cancel Contract)

  1. Our facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
    1. When the guest is deemed likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals in connection with accommodation, or is recognized as having committed such acts.
    2. When the guest is clearly recognized as carrying an infectious disease.
    3. When accommodation is not possible due to reasons attributable to natural disasters or other force majeure.
    4. When the guest is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests due to intoxication or other reasons, or has caused significant inconvenience to other guests.
    5. When the guest is part of or related to an organized crime group or other antisocial forces as defined by the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (enforced on March 1, 1992).
    6. When the guest is a corporation whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of such a group.
    7. When the guest is a corporation with an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
    8. When the guest has caused significant inconvenience to other guests.
    9. When the guest has committed acts of violence, threats, extortion, unreasonable demands, or similar actions against the facility or its staff (employees).
    10. When the guest does not comply with the prohibited items specified in the facility's usage regulations.
    11. When the guest does not comply with the prohibited items specified in the facility's usage regulations (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) such as smoking in bed or tampering with firefighting equipment.
    12. When the person using the facility for filming purposes is recognized as having the purpose related to sexual use or the sex industry.
  2. If our facility cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the facility will not charge for accommodation, services, etc. that have not yet been provided to the guest.

Article 8 (Registration and Payment for Accommodation)

  1. On the accommodation date, the guest must register the following information at our facility:
    1. Name, age, address, and occupation of the guest
    2. For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry
    3. Departure date and estimated departure time
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by our facility
  2. If the guest intends to pay the accommodation fee by traveler's check, accommodation coupon, credit card, or other methods that can replace currency, it must be presented at the time of registration in the preceding paragraph.
  3. Even if the guest does not voluntarily stay after our facility has provided and made the room available, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

Article 9 (Use of Guest Rooms)

  1. The guest can use the rooms of our facility from 12:00 PM until 10:00 AM the next day. However, if the stay is continuous, the rooms can be used all day except for the arrival and departure dates.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our facility may respond to requests for room use outside the specified hours. In this case, the following additional charges will be applied:
    1. 1,000 yen per hour until 5:00 PM
    2. Full room charge after 5:00 PM

Article 10 (Compliance with Usage Regulations)

The guest must comply with the "Usage Regulations" established and posted by our facility within the hotel.

Article 11 (Refusal of Continued Accommodation)

Even during the contracted accommodation period, our facility may refuse to continue accommodation if any of the circumstances specified in Paragraphs 3 to 11 of Article 5 occur or if the guest does not comply with the usage regulations of the previous article.

Article 12 (Responsibility of the Facility for Accommodation)

  1. The responsibility of our facility for accommodation begins when the guest registers for accommodation at the facility or enters the guest room, whichever comes first, and ends when the guest vacates the room to depart.
  2. If our facility is unable to provide the guest room due to reasons attributable to the facility, except in cases of natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons, the facility will arrange similar accommodation at other facilities under the same or similar conditions. In this case, the accommodation fee for the day when the guest room is no longer available and subsequent accommodation fees will not be charged.
  3. If our facility causes damage to the guest in connection with the accommodation contract or related agreements, the facility will compensate for the damage. However, this does not apply if the damage is not attributable to the facility.

Article 13 (Handling of Deposited Items)

  1. Cash, securities, and other valuables must be managed by the guest, and the facility will not accept deposits. The facility will not be responsible for any loss or damage within the facility.
  2. If the guest brings items into the facility, and they are lost or damaged due to the facility's intention or negligence, the facility will compensate for the damage up to 100,000 yen.

Article 14 (Storage of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)

If the guest's baggage arrives at the facility before the accommodation date, the facility will only take responsibility if it has agreed to do so in advance and will hand it over to the guest upon check-in.

Article 15 (Guest's Responsibility)

If the facility suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the guest, the guest must compensate the facility for the damage.

Article 16 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)

  1. These terms and conditions correspond to standard terms and conditions under the Civil Code, and each clause of these terms and conditions will be changed based on the provisions of the Civil Code if it is recognized that it conforms to the general interests of the guests or if there are reasonable grounds for the change.
  2. Changes to these terms and conditions will be applied from the effective date specified when the changed provisions are posted on the company's designated website.

The charge below is a price per one adult when stayed by one adult.

Nightwear (yukata) is available for rent at 400 yen each (including tax).

Please not have any party which lasts until midnight.

Tourist Tax has been added since October 2018. From 200 yen per person per night.
